Private access · Availability by request

Available privately. Shared selectively.

House of Eight has direct access to a changing group of significant works across postwar, modern, and contemporary markets. We do not publish a public inventory. Relevant opportunities are introduced privately, with documentation and context appropriate to the inquiry.

01 · The private market

Access is only useful when it is relevant.

Our current network includes direct access across many of the artist markets shown here, together with significant works outside them. Availability moves quickly and may be subject to seller instructions, confidentiality, or proof-of-interest requirements.

We begin with the client's collecting interests, budget, timing, and appetite for public or private opportunities. From there, we share a focused selection rather than a broad circulation list.
